31 cars on the provisional Shanghai entry list

The first entry list for the 4 Hours of Shanghai has been revealed by the ACO. 31 cars are expected in China.

31 cars on the provisional Shanghai entry list

Quelques heures après la fin des 6 Heures de Fuji le week-end dernier, remportées par le Toyota Gazoo Racing, l’Automobile Club de l’Ouest a dévoilé la première liste des engagés pour les 4 Hours of Shanghai (November 8-10), for the third round of the WEC 2019-2020.

No surprises in LM P1, with the two Toyota TS050 Hybrids, still entrusted to the Hartley – Nakajima – trios. Buemi and Lopez – Conway - Kobayashi, who will face the Rebellion R13 – Rebellion Racing of Nato – Senna – Menezes and the two Ginetta G60-LT-P1s of Team LNT, the drivers of the two non-hybrid prototypes still to be confirmed.

Paul di Resta, absent in Fuji due to the clash of dates with the final of the DTM, will return to the wheel of the Oreca 07 – United Autosports in LM P2, while Frits van Eerd, winner in Japan in the Oreca 07 – Racing Team Nederland shared with Nyck de Vries and Giedo van der Garde, will finally be on the Chinese trip, he who was initially supposed to be absent.

Le peloton GTE Pro restera identique avec la lutte Porsche - Ferrari - Aston Martin when in GTE Am, Vincent Abril – Philippe Prette – Louis Prette will make their return as expected with the No. 911 Porsche 78 RSR – Proton Competition.

Another change in the category is the arrival of Larry ten Voorde, resident of the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany and Supercup series, in the No. 911 Porsche 57 RSR – Team Project1, in place of Felipe Fraga.
