6 Hours of Spa-H+2: The #7 Toyota keeps the pace

No change at the top of the 6 Hours of Spa after two hours of racing on the Belgian track. La Toyota TS050 Hybrid n°7 Kamui Kobayashi leads the race with around 30″ ahead of Anthony Davidson (Toyota TS050 Hybrid n°8).

The first Porsche 919 Hybrid n°1 of Nick Tandy completes the provisional top three after having given up its position to the TS050 Hybrid n°8 and precedes Earl Bamber, forced to return to the pits a few minutes ago due to a slow puncture at the left rear on his No. 919 2 Hybrid, and which is in fourth position, more than a minute behind the leader.

Yuji Kunimoto, lined up in the third No. 050 Toyota TS9 Hybrid, equipped with the low-drag aerodynamic kit, is fifth ahead of the ENSO CLM P1/01 of Oliver Webb's Team ByKolles.

G-Drive faces Vaillante Rebellion in LM P2

After a very lively first stint carried out by Bruno Senna, the Oreca 07 n°31 – Vaillante Rebellion, currently entrusted to Julien Canal, ceded control of the category to the Oreca 07 n°26 – G-Drive of Alex Lynn. Alex Brundle hoists the No. 07 Oreca 37 – Jackie Chan DC Racing behind the leading duo, and threatens Julien Canal's second place.

The difficult race in the Signatech clan Alpine continues since the two A470s of Matt Rao (7th) and Pierre Ragues (10th) are thrown out of the race for victory, Ragues having stopped for several seconds at the entrance to the pit lane before finally joining the location of his box.

Ferrari increase the tempo

After seeing the No. 66 Ford GT of Chip Ganassi Racing Team UK of Olivier Pla come to interfere in the fight for first place, the two Ferrari 488 AF Corse No. 71 of Davide Rigon and No. 51 of James Calado widened the gap against the GT on the blue oval, despite a very intense fight which even saw the two Italian GTEs in contact.

Billy Johnson places the No. 66 Ford GT in third place, 20″ from the two leading 488s ahead of the two Porsche 911 RSRs of Richard Lietz and Michael Christensen.

In GTE Am, Paul Dalla Lana maintains theAston Martin Vantage #98 at the front ahead of the #911 Dempsey-Proton Racing Porsche 77 RSR of Marvin Dienst.
