Crew completed for Racing Team India Eurasia at Le Mans

The Racing Team India Eurasia Ligier JS P217 has confirmed its line-up for the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2021 (August 21-22). The Asian team will rely on one Pro and two Ams.

Narain Karthikeyan, once nicknamed 'the fastest Indian in the world' during his stint in Formula 1 between 2005 and 2012 in teams at the back of the grid, will be the leader. For the record, the former Super Formula and Super GT driver should have participated in the 24 2009 Hours of Le Mans in an Audi R10 TDI from Team Kolles…. Before he dislocated his shoulder during a fall while trying to go to the toilet, a few minutes before departure!

Il aura pour équipier le Belge Tom Cloet, déjà vu dans la Sarthe en 2006 avec une Porsche 911 GT3 RSR en classe GT2 (abandon sur accident). Le troisième homme sera l’Australien John Corbett, acteur du LM P3 en European Le Mans Series et Asian Le Mans Series cette année.
