This is the end of the suspense at Ferrari.

The Italian manufacturer had jealously kept the secret about the drivers who will represent it in the Hypercar category during the 2023 season of the WEC. As anticipated and announced by AUTOhebdo for many months, Antonio Giovinazzi will be there.

The old pilot Alfa Romeo en Formula 1 (2017, 2019-21), who notably had the opportunity to test the prototype at MotorLand Aragón (Spain), will be accompanied by regulars from Competizione GT, notably the latest champions of the GTE Pro category who are Alessandro Pier Guidi et James Calado. Giovinazzi, Pier Guidi and Calado will form the crew of the No. 51.

Another protégé of Maranello, Antonio Fuoco will also have the chance to drive the 499P in competition this season. In recent years, the Calabrian was already evolving in Endurance, in Grand Tourism with Cetilar (2021) or more recently with AF Corse in WEC (2022).

Ferrari's line-up for the 2023 season will be completed by two other official drivers from the trans firmalpine who were already playing in the WEC: Nicklas nielsen et Miguel Molina. Fuoco, Nielsen and Molina will ride in the #50.
