Despite two successes, at the 6 Hours of Silverstone and the 6 Hours of Shanghai, the Ford Chip Ganassi Team UK finished the 2017 season without a title or victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In the end, the pairs Andy Priaulx-Harry Tincknell and Stefan Mücke-Olivier Pla finished third and eighth respectively in the GT World Championship.
But well aware that the talent of its drivers cannot be called into question, the British team led by George Howard-Chappell has decided to maintain its confidence in its four starters. Just as has been the case for two seasons, the No. 66 Ford GT will therefore be entrusted to Toulouse's Olivier Pla and the German Stefan Mücke, while the sister car, which sports the No. 67, will once again see the relays take turns.
