Gabriel Aubry confirmed at Jackie Chan DC Racing

This time it's confirmed, Gabriel Aubry will compete well in the World ChampionshipEndurance on an Oreca 07 – Gibson operated by the Jackie Chan DC Racing – JOTA Sport alliance. The 19-year-old Frenchman, who completed the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 last year, knows the structure well having played in the Asian Le Mans Series on a Ligier JS P3 with success at Sepang in Malaysia.

If the crew has not yet been confirmed, Aubry should support Ho-Pin Tung and Stéphane Richelmi on this endurance program which will be added to his commitment to the GP3 Series with Arden.

“With Jackie Chan DC Racing and JOTA Sport, I am realizing my childhood dream by participating in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, admits Aubry. For an anecdote, when I was younger, I already went to watch the race from the sidelines and I dreamed about it for whole nights... and now it's becoming reality.

My racing career is taking shape little by little and I hope to live up to the expectations of my GP3 Series teams and WEC and make some brilliant moves this season to show my real abilities. »

A second car will be fielded with a 100% Malaysian crew with Jazeman Jaafar Weiron Tan and Nabil Jeffri, all three listed on the WEC Prologue.
