Jean-Marc Finot (PSA Motorsport): “A long-term task”

First of all, how are you?

Pretty good, thank you. We consider this to be good news. It was long-term work, we had already discussed this return several times. We managed to get a decision from the executive committee on Wednesday (November 13. Editor's note) and made the information official immediately.

The ACO had a big meeting with theIMSA in Miami Friday (November 15), is your ad related?

This could be a good opportunity, because discussions revolve around the standardization of certain components, particularly at the chassis level (the DPi are based on an LM P2 chassis. Editor's note). This could lead to very interesting economic opportunities for access to the championship, which we have not taken into account but which we would be ready to seize, as would other manufacturers.

No, we launched within the framework of the current “Hypercar” regulations with a thermal engine in the rear position coupled to an SREC
