The #7 Toyota loses its pole at Fuji

If a Toyota starts on pole at the 6h of Fuji, it will be the No. 050 TS8 Hybrid of Buemi-Alonso-Nakajima. The No. 7 of Conway-Kobayashi-Lopez was disqualified.

La Toyota n ° 7 of Conway-Kobayashi-Lopez was disqualified after qualifying for the 6 Hours of Fuji even though she had won pole. The TS050 Hybrid was caught speeding in the pit lane.

The TS050 Hybrid n°8 from Buemi-Alonso-Nakajima thus inherits the pole that she had originally lost following the cancellation of the best time of Sébastien Buemi for failure to respect track limits.

The Rebellion R-13 n°1 of Lotterer-Jani-Senna will therefore start at the front of the line. The stewards finally decided that the No. 7 Toyota would start from last place in the LMP1 class, in 8th position.
