Le Mans – Audi in the lead at the Test Day break

Marco Bonanomi was the fastest in the No. 3 Audi, which was two seconds ahead of the first Toyota and the first Porsche. Alpine is leading the LMP2.

Le Mans – Audi in the lead at the Test Day break

Toyota led the first hours of testing of the morning at the Test Day but it was Audi which was in the lead at midday with a time of 3'23"799 set by Marco Bonanomi in the No. 18 R3. The Italian was more than two seconds ahead of the #8 Toyota of Sébastien Buemi which is a few tenths ahead of Porsche n ° 14 of Brendon Hartley who also took advantage of the last moments to progress in the hierarchy.

Paul-Loup Chatin set the best LMP2 time at the wheel of theAlpine A450B with a lap completed in 3’40”593, more than a second ahead of the No. 35 Oak Racing Ligier-Nissan of Mardenborough-Brundle-Shulzhitskiy.
