Sébastien Loeb could compete in the month of June 24 Hours of Le Mans for the third time in his career. The six-time World Rally Champion has already competed in the Le Mans event twice in 2005 and 2006 with the Pescarolo Sport team, taking a fine second place during his last participation. Free on the weekend of June 12 and 13, the Alsatian is actively preparing for possible participation.
Alongside Sébastien Bourdais, Marc Gené, Franck Montagny and Alexander Wurz, Sébastien Loeb thus carried out a test session with the team Peugeot Sport, last week at Motorland Aragon. The Frenchman, who held his place perfectly during this session, will continue his preparation program by playing the next simulation sessions with the team. A decision on a possible participation in the 24 Hours of Le Mans will be taken by mutual agreement with Peugeot Sport at the end of February.
