Oliver Jarvis replaces Chris Dyson at Team LNT at Silverstone

Chris Dyson will not be able to hold his place this weekend for the opening of the 2019-2020 season of the World ChampionshipEndurance this weekend at Silverstone in one of Team LNT's two Ginetta G60-LT-P1s.

The American injured his wrist during a Trans-Am race at Road America after losing his brakes and crashing into the guardrails.

Team LNT therefore called on Oliver Jarvis, who will be able to give the team the benefit of his past experience in the LM P1 category with Audi, he who has been competing for two years in IMSA within the Mazda Team Joest program.

“I was surprised to receive the call from Lawrence (Tomlinson, Ginetta boss) this morning and, although it is never a good idea to intervene in such circumstances, I am really looking forward to getting behind the wheel of 'an LM P1, admits Jarvis.

To do it at home with an all-British crew and an all-British car is the icing on the cake. I'm looking forward to doing what I can to give Ginetta a good result.".

Jarvis will team up in the No. 60 G1-LT-P6 with Guy Smith and Michael Simpson. Dyson hopes to be back for the second round of the year in Japan on October 6.
