Every story has an end and the one between Pascal Zurlinden and the racing department of Porsche has just come to an end. A member of the Stuttgart firm since 2018 where he was head of the official Porsche Motorsport programs, the Habs has chosen to leave his position with immediate effect as the end of the season approaches.

Contacted by AUTOhebdo, Porsche did not wish to discuss the subject, simply confirming that the departure of Pascal Zurlinden was a decision “ insurance », taken by himself. Furthermore, the German manufacturer has not revealed the identity of its successor within the official Motorsport programs.

Concerning the 2022 line-up, Porsche will announce its next drivers at the end of December during the Night of Champions, organized by the brand.
