Porsche Motorsport will give 919 Hybrid LM P1 a farewell tour in 2018. The prototype will also enter the brand's Museum.

Porsche offers a farewell tour to its 919 Hybrid

Since 2014 and its debut in the World ChampionshipEndurance, Porsche 919 Hybrid allowed the German brand to accumulate three consecutive Drivers' and Manufacturers' titles between 2015 and 2017, with three victories in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The 919 Hybrid achieved 17 victories in 34 races, 20 poles and 13 fastest laps in the race.

A part of the history of the Weissach brand which will offer a final farewell tour in 2018 as Porsche announced during its Night of Champions.

The prototype will be lined up at events around the world outside of the FIA World Championship WEC on a program that remains to be defined. At the end of next year, the 919 Hybrid will enter the Porsche Museum.
