Porsche thinks it will race better in Austin

Porsche a été battu par Audi lors des qualifications des 6 Heures du Circuit des Amériques à Austin (Texas). Alors que les R18 ont verrouillé la première ligne, la 919 Hybrid n°1 a pris la troisième place tandis que la voiture soeur n’a pris que la cinquième position suite à un tour annulé pour Romain Dumas en raison d’un dépassement des limites de la piste.

Brendon Hartley and Timo Bernhard, the drivers of the No. 1 Porsche, fell eight tenths from pole.
