Realteam moves up to WEC with Duval and Nato

With two seasons in LMP3, a victory and a podium in the European championship Le Mans Series, the Swiss team RealTeam, behind which TDS is hidden, has decided to take the step towards LMP2. She will enter an Oreca 07 in the world championship (WEC).

Esteban Garcia, driver and owner of the team, surrounded himself with very experienced drivers by calling on the French Loïc duval and Norman Nato. Involved since the launch of the team in 2019, Swiss David Droux will have the role of reserve driver. The trio will be in the running for the brand new Trophy Endurance LMP2 Pro/Am teams and drivers.

If Loïc Duval no longer needs to be introduced, Norman Nato made a place for himself in the premier LMP1 category in 2019 and 2020 at Rebellion Racing. He will do a double program in 2021, with a start at Venturi Racing in Formula E

The 2021 WEC entry list will be published on Thursday.
