Richard Mille Racing Team sets an example

With the arrival of the new Hypercars this 2021 season and a surge of competitors who wish to come and cross swords in Sarthe for the centenary edition in 2023, Endurance is a discipline in full renaissance. In this excitement another revolution is underway and accelerating, that concerning the place of women, judging by the initiatives which are multiplying to promote the best female talents at the highest level. It's been 20 years, 20 years since Richard Mille launched into the watchmaking adventure under its own name. Almost from the beginning of this new life as an entrepreneur, the man was keen to invest – both personally and financially – in the automotive world.
