TDS ready for battle

Host of theELMS, in LM P2, since the 2011 season, TDS Racing has demonstrated great professionalism. In 2017, the French team is launching a new challenge, by entering two Oreca 07-Gibsons in the LM P2 category of the WEC.

« It's a new adventure, underlines team manager Xavier Combet. No. 26 (registered under the G-Drive Racing banner. NOTdlr) brings together all the experience of several years in proto and Oreca and the n°28 (registered under the TDS Racing banner. Editor's note) three drivers who know each other well, each with a good track record. It is an atypical but complementary trio with real group cohesion, a very important parameter in endurance. »

If the endurance qualities of the two already known drivers of the No. 26, namely Roman Rusinov and Pierre Thiriet, are no longer to be proven, the trio Matthieu Vaxivière-Emmanuel Collard-François Perrodo will have everything to discover in the category. As a reminder, the last two mentioned remain in a title in GTE Am.

« Between Matthieu's peak speed and Manu's experience, we have what it takes to do great things, insists François Perrodo. It's up to me to push my limits as I go along to get the most out of the car. » Same story with Matthieu Vaxivière, who intends to make the clock panic. “ With François and Manu we form a great trio to do a good job this season "He assures.

Before turning to the 6 Hours of Silverstone (April 16) and even the 24 Hours of Le Mans (June 17-18), where Emmanuel Collard will celebrate his 24th start in 24 years, the entire TDS Racing will meet in Italy, in Monza, for the WEC Prologue (April 1-2).
