TDS Racing goes global

The French team TDS Racing will enter the World Endurance Championship next year with an Oreca 07 entrusted to the Collard-Perrodo-Vaxivière trio.

Titled in WEC, last Saturday, in the GTE Am category, François Perrodo is thirsty for new challenges. As we announced to you in our columns this week (see Ah n°2090), the Frenchman will spend next season in LM P2.

To carry out his mission, the native of Singapore called on TDS Racing, which until then was active in ELMS. Titled in 2012, Xavier Combet's men also brought home the honorary title of vice-champion in 2013, 2015 and 2016. The French team will therefore start at the world level with great ambitions.

To support him, François Perrodo will continue to rely on his coach and friend Emmanuel Collard, with whom he shared the GTE Am title this year. The third man is Matthieu Vaxivière... who was already their teammate in 2014, at the time when the French trio was playing on a Porsche 911 GT3 RSR fielded by Prospeed Competition. Aged 21, Limougeaud has to his credit a FR 3.5 Series vice-champion title, which he won last year.
