La Toyota #8 is firmly in the lead of the race with Anthony Davidson at the wheel after four hours of racing. While the leading TS040 gradually widened its lead over the Porsche No. 14 in the Japanese team's game of faster stops, Romain Dumas' 919 Hybrid lost a lap following electrical problems that the driver was able to resolve without returning to his box. The Porsche now occupies third place behind the n°1 Audi of Lucas di Grassi while battling with the second Toyota of Alex Wurz. The R18 n°3 version Le Mans led by Filipe Albuquerque now occupies fifth place ahead of the No. 2 of Marcel Fässler.
The G-Drive Racing Morgan still occupies the lead in LMP2, now driven by Julien Canal. There Ferrari n°51 of Gianmaria Bruni remains at the head of the GTE Pro ahead of theAston Martin No. 97 by Darren Turner, while the 911 RSR suffered on the Belgian Ardennes circuit, notably due to their 25kg overweight. Aston Martin holds off AF Corse in GTE Am with the #8 Vantage V95 of Poulsen-Heinemeier Hansson-Stanaway in the lead ahead of the #61 Ferrari of Perez Companc-Cioci-Venturi.
