For its grand debut at Le Mans, the Belgian team created a feat by winning the race in LM P2. While heading towards a superb double at the start of the last lap, WRT came close to losing everything.

Sunday August 22. It’s 15:55 p.m. Everything is going well in the WRT garage. For its grand debut at Le Mans, Vincent Vosse's team is on the verge of achieving a historic double. Louis Delétraz and Robert Kubica, the drivers of the No. 41 Oreca, are carefully following the progress of Yifei Ye, their teammate responsible for finishing the job on this last lap. Alongside them, Ferdinand Habsburg and Charles Milesi, the drivers of the sister car, are crossing their fingers that Robin Frijns resists the heroic return of Tom Blomqvist's Jota in these last hectometers. The organizers even pop into the garage
