Ferrari not giving up on title race

The Monaco Grand Prix did not smile on the Team Ferrari which missed the podium, Sebastian Vettel placing fourth while Kimi Räikkönen retired after damaging his front wing.

The delay in the Championship is starting to be significant since the Ferrari drivers are more than 40 points behind leader Nico Rosberg while Mercedes is 67 units ahead of the Prancing Horse.

Maurizio Arrivabene, Team Principal of Scuderia Ferrari, however, refuses to give up on his team's title chances.

" There is no question ", said the Italian. “The results are quite positive. Hamilton returns to the race. We must stay focused. This Championship promises to be interesting. »

The Italian team director hopes that the lack of qualifying performance of his cars will be quickly corrected.

“It’s the first time this season we’ve missed a podium. We were slower in Q3 than in Q1. This is the problem we need to focus on.”, added Maurizio Arrivabene.
