Glock has come a long way

Started from the pit lane with a car stuffed with fuel, Glock wasted no time in multiplying overtakes. Eleventh during the second safety car entry, he had to return to the pits on the 24th lap to replace a damaged front wing. This stop allowed him to leave with enough fuel to reach the finish.

Fighting in the peloton until the end, the German finished the race in 7th place: “The start of the race was so difficult! When you are behind the entire peloton, you see absolutely nothing and it's as if you are driving with your eyes closed. I damaged my front wing when I hit Nick Heidfeld. I couldn't see much, I missed my braking point and I hit him at the back. So we moved the refueling forward a few laps. When I left, I had a clear track for five or six laps. As soon as I came back to Kimi Raikkonen, I had to slow down to try to see something. I finally managed to get the best and we were able to finish this race with two additional points. »
