Lewis Hamilton has not yet thought about what he will do once he retires F1. If the 33-year-old Briton still has an extended two-year contract within Mercedes, the five-time world champion does not seem to wish to follow the path of his former colleagues who, for the most part, continue to gravitate to the paddocks.
“I don’t know what will be after F1. Many athletes stop after having devoted their entire lives to, recognized the Mercedes driver during an event organized by a team sponsor. I've been riding since I was 8 years old and all my focus has been dedicated to this. I'm trying to see what I can do outside of F1. »
“It would be very simple for me to continue following the Grands Prix once the helmet is hung up, perhaps even becoming Toto's No. 2 (Wolff, the executive director of Mercedes Motorsport). But I’m more intrigued to learn something new.”, he said.
Lewis Hamilton diversified his activities, notably working with the American clothing company Tommy Hilfinger.
