The Toro Rosso STR11 takes to the track in Barcelona
Toro Rosso has not made an official presentation of its STR11, its car from the 2016 season not yet having an official livery. The car from the Faenza team which will be driven by Max Verstappen et Carlos Sainz Jr is however present at the Barcelona winter tests on the Catalunya circuit.
The great novelty of this car lies in the adoption of the Power Unit of Ferrari which should be more efficient than the 6l turbo/hybrid V1.6 of Renault.
Carlos Sainz Jr is the first to ride with the Toro Rosso STR11. The Spaniard will take the wheel again this Wednesday February 24, leaving his teammate Max Verstappen to take the wheel the other two days.
