The second Canadian representative in Formula 1 in 2021 has set its objectives for the upcoming campaign. Nicholas latifi (Williams) who will finally seek to open his points tally for his second season in the discipline, will also focus on progressing during testing.

“Obviously, Sunday's performance is the most important, but I think I'm lucky to ride with a teammate who we nicknamed 'Mr Samedi'”, declares the wearer of number 6, speaking of George Russell.

The Toronto native will therefore aim to start from a more decent position on Sunday early in the afternoon. “It’s my priority. Sundays seemed to come more naturally for me, although there is always room for improvement. Race management and strategy was already my strong point in Formula 2."
The 25-year-old's best performance on Saturday was a 15th fastest time in Budapest (Hungary) at the start of the season, but his average position was only 19th.
