Massa: “I don’t see why I couldn’t continue”

Sick after free practice for the Hungarian Grand Prix, Felipe Massa had to give up his place to Paul di Resta for the rest of the weekend. Today, the Brazilian looks back on his medical misadventure.

« I felt dizzy. I did not feel well, says the pilot Williams at a press conference. And not just in the car, it also happened to me when I lay down. The problem is that it happened during a race weekend. I decided to stop, I was in no condition to run.

“I came back to Monaco and watched the race from home and it’s very weird! I feel good now and I'm ready to get back in my car."

Halfway through what was supposed to be a bonus season, Felipe Massa sees no reason to end his career in F1 at the end of this year and could still stay at Williams to support Lance stroll.

« I don't see why I couldn't continue. I'm quite happy with the way I'm riding. If I have an opportunity to stay in a position that is best for me, then I will stay. We'll see what happens."
