Nico Rosberg may have regrets in Shanghai

Si Lewis Hamilton won a new pole at the Chinese Grand Prix, his teammate Nico Rosberg was in more difficulty since he failed behind the Red Bull de Daniel Ricciardo et Sebastian Vettel more than a second from the reference time. The German, however, seemed able to fight for pole, but the winner of the Australian Grand Prix made a mistake during his last two flying laps, ending up in a spin at the exit of the last corner while that he was early.

If Nico Rosberg could blame himself, the pilot Mercedes was nevertheless disrupted by slight mechanical damage which occurred at the worst possible time. “I had two main problems today. I wasn't completely happy with my brakes, which caused me to lock a wheel and go off the track.", explains the Mercedes driver. “On my last attempt, I was half a second faster coming into the final corner, but my dashboard said I was two tenths behind. So I took a big risk and spun because I wrongly thought I had nothing left to lose. However, this fourth place is not disastrous. I was fast yesterday in my race preparation and I still think anything is possible for tomorrow. »

The start of the Chinese Grand Prix will be given tomorrow at 9 a.m. French time. Photos of the tests can be found on this link.
