Nico Rosberg has just extended his contract with Mercedes until the end of the 2013 season. The star manufacturer thus puts an end to speculation announcing a replacement for Felipe Massa at Ferrari by the German. Arriving at the team's training in 2010, the teammate of Michael Schumacher could even stay with the team longer, with the contract stipulating that he should be there "until the end of 2013 and beyond."
The person concerned is no longer waiting for his Silver Arrow to perform sufficiently well to achieve his first victory. “Winning a Silver Arrow would be a highlight in my life and I am happy to be able to help my team become the best in F1. I believe that the team will soon be able to provide me with a winning car and that we will be able to contribute to the fantastic legacy of the Silver Arrows. »
