Sebastian Vettel et Michael Schumacher, for the fourth consecutive year, won the Nations Cup, a duettist event taking place as part of the Race of Champions. In addition, the two German drivers this time shone in front of their home crowd, in the Esprit Arena in Düsseldorf.

For his part, Sebastian Vettel was able to celebrate this new victory, two weeks after his title of World Champion.
