Follow the Turkish Grand Prix in live text

After a qualifying session disrupted by rain, it was Valtteri Bottas who will start in pole position, in front Max Verstappen, Charles Leclerc et Pierre Gasly. For the start of the Grand Prix, the track risks being wet due to a light drizzle which is currently falling on Istanbul Park.

Fernando Alonso is in the Top 5 on the starting grid, a performance not seen since 2014 in Japan. Last season's pole sitter in Türkiye, Lance stroll, is 8th, behind Lando Norris et Sergio Perez. Yuki tsunoda et Sebastian Vettel complete the top 10. 

Carlos Sainz et Daniel Ricciardo will be placed at the back of the grid, having changed engines a fourth time this season. Due to a ten place penalty, Lewis Hamilton will start from eleventh position. Will the seven-time world champion manage to get back to the front of the peloton and maintain his slight lead in the general classification?
