After a detour through the United States and Miami two weeks ago, the F1 is back in Europe for the Spanish Grand Prix. Under the Catalan sun, Charles Leclerc et Max Verstappen news should liven up the debates.

The first city dominated the entire free practice sessions in Barcelona but its rival should increase the pace in qualifying in order to try to win pole position. The two men will have to watch their teammates, Carlos Sainz and Sergio Pérez, who will want to join the fight for 1e position on the grid.
Mercedes for his part seems to be finding some rhythm again. Well helped by the new improvements on their W13, Lewis Hamilton and George Russell were able to position themselves in the leading group during free practice. This bodes well for qualifying and the race this Sunday.
On the tricolor side, Pierre Gasly did not have an ideal start to the weekend. In difficulty with the rhythm of his AT03, the pilot Alpha Tauri was forced to install a new engine after mechanical problems encountered during FP3 this Saturday. Esteban Ocon He had a good Friday and hopes to be able to qualify for Q3 in order to grab some points in the race on Sunday.
