A special edition of the F1 2019 game with Senna and Prost

Did you enjoy the F1 2018 video game but do you think it lacked historical content? The Legends of F1 2019 edition should satisfy you. Codemasters developers have obtained two exceptional licenses from the Formula 1 : Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna. 

The Brazilian will feature for the first time in an official F1 video game since the early 1990s. As for the Frenchman, he had not been modeled since the Classic Edition content of F1 2013. Players will be able to select the “Professor” on board his Ferrari F1-90, while “Magic” fans will place themselves behind the controller, sorry, the steering wheel of the McLaren MP4/5B also from 1990. 

A special game mode will pit the two champions against each other through eight challenges. Special Prost and Senna liveries will be available in multiplayer games. Legends Edition buyers will be able to play F1 2019 three days early on average customers, i.e. from June 25 on PS4, Xbox One and PC. 

A second special edition will go on sale on June 28. Called the edition " Birthday ", in honor of the 10th F1 game created by Codemasters, it will offer everything the historical content of F1 2018 (20 single-seaters) as well as two cars seen in 2010 : the Ferrari F10 and the McLaren MP4-25.

The icing on the cake is that Formula 2 makes its appearance. Cars and drivers from the 2018 season will be available upon release, while the 2019 campaign will be added at a later date via download. Obviously, cars, drivers and circuits from the 2019 F1 season will be in the game. 

Finally, French stores will sell a special dust jacket, with the faces of Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) and Pierre Gasly (Red Bull). On the Legends edition, Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost will be represented.
