Vergne starts work at Ferrari
La Team Ferrari confirmed last night that Jean-Éric Vergne had started his job within the Italian structure. The new Prancing Horse test pilot spent Tuesday January 13 in the Maranello premises to meet engineers and management. JEV was also able to begin work on the team’s new simulator.
“This first day as a member of Ferrari was truly special”, declared the Frenchman who remains active with Andretti Autosport in Formula E. “I had already taken a trip to Maranello and realized that the city lived and breathed Ferrari. I will be doing a lot of simulator work this year and this first introduction has been very helpful. I know it well Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Räikkönen and I look forward to working with them. »
