Vettel penalized on the grid in Austin

Suspected of not having lifted his foot enough, which contravenes article 31.6 of the sporting regulations, Sebastian Vettel was summoned to the race stewards. They reviewed the videos, scrutinized the GPS data, and studied the German's telemetry. 

They determined that Vettel had not respected the minimum time set by the FIA ​​in sectors 6 and 7 and thus decided to sanction him with a penalty of three places on the grid. The punishment is identical to that inflicted on Daniel Ricciardo in Australia and Esteban Ocon in Japan for the same offense.
