Alpine winner at Magny-Cours

CMR offered Alpine his first victory in FFSAGT by winning Race 2 at Magny-Cours (Nièvre) with the No. 110 A36 of Alexandre Jean-Pierre and Pierre Sancinena who had taken the last step of the podium the day before. After a great duel between Pierre-Alexandre Jean and his teammate and mentor Soheil Ayari (the no. 26 finally retired due to a mechanical problem), the Pro driver took the lead of the event by overtaking the no. 8 Audi R42 LMS of Guilvert-Michal’s Saintéloc Racing, victorious the day before.

Saintéloc Racing nevertheless carried out a great operation by placing its second Audi from pole and led by Christophe Hamon and Lonni Martins on the podium.

L’équipage de la Ginetta n°8 Speed Car de Robert Consani et Benjamin Lariche se rapprochent du titre en décrochant la 5e place derrière la Porsche n°11 Racing Technology de Antunes-Noel. La Mercedes-AMG n°87 of AKKA-ASP driven by Jean-Luc Beaubelique and Jim Pla fell in the ranking to only reach the finish line in 15th place.
