Aston Martin creates a GT4 Challenge

Aston Martin Racing is setting up the Aston Martin British GT4 Challenge this year. The championship pits Aston Martin Vantage GT4 and Vantage N24 against each other, for races lasting 90 to 150 minutes. The series begins on April 5 at Snetterton and will take in Silverstone, Spa-Francorchamps, Brands Hatch, Oulton Park and Donington Park.

« We have produced over sixty Vantage GT4s over the past three years and although they are eligible to compete in GT4 competitions, some owners have told us they would like to race against identical cars. », confides Roland Cherry, director of the GT4 department.

« By creating this GT4 challenge, we are offering our customers the opportunity to race on some of the best and most memorable circuits in the world. He adds.

Qualifying and the race will take place on the same day, and competitors will receive support – the same for everyone – from Aston Martin Racing.

The team that wins the series will be able to try driving an Aston Martin Vantage GT2 or DBRS9.
