GT Tour – Hexis Racing wants to make the powder speak

It is no coincidence that a McLaren MP4-12C GT3 from Hexis Racing holds a prominent place on the poster for the opening of the GT Tour, this weekend at Le Mans: the Nîmes team is one of the favorites entered in the French championship FFSAGT.

As announced at the beginning of this winter, Philippe Dumas' team enters two McLarens in this category. The first will be entrusted to the hands of the former pilot of Formula 1 Olivier Panis associated with Eric Debard, while the other will be under the responsibility of Jean-Claude Police, the regional representative for the stage, and Laurent Cazenave. In addition to having to maintain its position, Hexis Racing will also be keen to forget the poor performance encountered at Monza two weeks ago, during the opening of the Blancpain Endurance Series where the McLaren, losing power from the start of the race, was never able to perform well. “We have just experienced difficult times, but we have seen others and we are not going to give up” indicates team manager Philippe Dumas. “I have 200% confidence in the team and the drivers.
