Sébastien Loeb in Porsche Supercup: “A challenge that is almost impossible”

After having participated several times in the Porsche Carrera Cup France, notably with a double victory at the 2012 Pau Grand Prix, the Alsatian will be from May 10 to 12 in Barcelona and from May 23 to 26 in Monaco, each time lifting the Grand Prix of F1. For the occasion, the driver will drive the new Porsche 911 GT3 Cup type 991.

“Racing in this championship is quite a challenge. A challenge that is almost impossible” admits Sébastien Loeb. “I have always enjoyed my experiences in the Porsche Carrera Cup France. It's a real race! Everyone has the same mount and you have to fight to play in front. These are always very competitive events, with some great fights. The Porsche Supercup is still a level above: I will be competing against specialists with whom it will be difficult to compete. I know Barcelona a little, but I have never driven in Monaco. It is also this discovery that seduces me. »
