Ayari and Hernandez for a new title

“We ended 2008 on a very good note,” recalls Ayari. “Despite the current economic difficulties, we will compete in a very competitive championship, notably with the presence of Olivier Panis. »

Present at 24 Hours of Le Mans, in the Le Mans Series, in the FIA GT and in the French GT Championship, the Luc Alphand Aventures team will have a very busy program this season: “It is an obligation given the economic context,” confides Luc Alphand. “Even though it may be difficult for the mechanics at times, these programs allow us to get the most out of the cars. Ayari and Hernandez had a very good end to the season with us, winning two of the last four races. We are going to aim for the title with a Corvette C6.R which will certainly be competitive in this championship. »

Soheil Ayari and Bruno Hernandez were French Champions in the discipline in 2006 with a Saleen S7-R from Team Oreca. Associated with Raymond Narac, Soheil Ayari won a second consecutive title in 2007 at the wheel of the same car.
