Emil Frey Racing returns to GT Open

If the passage ofEmil Frey Racing in the Lamborghini clan at the start of the 2019 GT3 campaign had been confirmed a few weeks ago, the Swiss structure's program still remained pending. It is finally on the stage of gt open that will be lined up the latest from Sant'Agata Bolognese, a series that Emil Frey Racing knows well.

It is in fact in this championship that the entity led by Lorenz Frey entered its Lexus RC F GT3 in 2017 before making the jump to the Blancpain GT Series last year. At the wheel of the two Huracan GT3 EVOs, we will find some of the regular drivers of Emil Frey Racing in recent seasons.

The Spaniard Albert Costa, winner of the 1000 km of Paul Ricard in Endurance Cup in 2018, will play the season alongside Giacomo Altoe. Norbert Siedler will drive the second car with a teammate who remains to be confirmed. Mikael Grenier, seen on the Jaguar G3 last year, will however support Siedler at the Barcelona tests.
