FFSA GT – C2: AKKA-ASP bounces back in Navarra

The first race held yesterday on the track of Navarre hadn't smiled at the crew Mastronardi? Moullin-Traffort? Beaubelique (Ferrari 458 Italia n°20? AKKA-ASP), victim of an alternator problem which had ruined his chances.

This Sunday, everything worked perfectly for Jérôme Policand's team, with an unstoppable victory on the Spanish track. The trio partly benefited from the puncture of pole sitter Mike Parisy (Audi R8 LMS ultra n°3? Sébastien Loeb Racing), which seriously thwarted the plans of the nine-time world rally champion's team.

Another complicated day in the clan Sports Garage. The F458 Italia of Eric Cayrolle, Arno Santamato and Stéphane Lémeret did not start following a power steering failure, which does not help matters for the No. 6 in terms of the championship. One time in the lead after a good start, Enzo Guibbert (F458 Italia n°12) saw his rear diffuser come loose, causing the Italian GT to fall back in the ranking.

The season finale will take place on October 24 and 25 at Paul Ricard in the Var.
