AGS Events enters four Aston Martins in GT4

Year 2, revenge. For his debut with Aston Martin In 2020, AGS Events had a frustrating season. Fast, as demonstrated by its three victories, the duo Nicolas Gomar and Mike Parisy were unable to fight for the title until the end due to a recurring electronic problem on the car.

As we approach the 2021 campaign, AGS Events intends to show that without its problems, it could really pocket the crown. “We will aim for the Drivers and Teams championships in the three categories of the French Championship FFSAGT » assures the boss-pilot, Nicolas Gomar. The team will come in large numbers with no less than four cars.

No change in Pro-Am, where Mike Parisy (Pro-Am champion in 2017) and Nicolas Gomar himself (Am champion in 2019 in France and in GT4 Europe last year) will renew their 2020 partnership.

In the Silver Cup, as he told us, Aston Martin junior driver Valentin Hasse-Clot, GT4 Europe champion last year, will be present. He will be responsible for helping Romain Leroux, 18, defector from F4 France where he finished 7th in the championship, to progress.

Finally, two Vantage AMR GT4s will be lined up in the Am Cup. Didier Dumaine and Christophe Carrière will try to get involved in the fight for the title. On the other Aston in the Am Cup, we will find Lauris Nauroy, and Stéphane Desbrosse.
