Alpine winner in C2, Saintéloc titled

If Alpine A110 GT4 n°36 - CMR of Pierre Sancinéna and Pierre-Alexandre Jean won the second race at Paul Ricard, Grégory Guilvert and Fabien Michal snatched the 2018 title with the Audi .R8 LMS GT4 of Saintéloc Racing.

Seriously damaged yesterday after an accident in race 1, the No. 8 Audi R4 LMS GT42 – Saintéloc Racing of Grégory Guilvert and Fabien Michal was rebuilt early in the morning by the Saint-Etienne team, after late receipt of spare parts.

Hard work which is rewarded this Sunday by obtaining the 2018 title in FFSAGT for the tandem, eighth under the checkered flag in the second race of the Var final, but ultimately 5th following various penalties. A sufficient result to style the crown.

The new champions notably benefited from the victory of theAlpine A110 GT4 n°36 – CMR of Pierre Sancinéna and Pierre-Alexandre Jean, who beat Jim Pla and Jean-Luc Beaubelique (Mercedes-AMG GT4 n°87 – AKKA-ASP), for whom victory remained imperative to be crowned.
