Audi slightly evolves its R8 LMS GT4

It is not a real Evo, as was the case last year with the big sister GT3, but Audi Sport will refine its R8 LMS GT4 for 2020.

In an exterior appearance modified to better match the latest road version of its sports car, the air intakes, the front splitter and in particular the air outlet grille at the rear have been enlarged.

The diffuser, flanked by two oval tailpipes, has been moved upwards. In the engine compartment, the air filter is located under a new cover, available in plastic or carbon fiber.

Neuburg will also bring new features to the competition version intended to make driving easier. The ABS braking and traction control systems can be fine-tuned.

Eight different settings will be offered, with the driver able to select them individually depending on the weather, track conditions, tire grip. The Audi R8 LMS GT4 will also be equipped with the steering wheel of the GT2 racing version, officially presented this year. The two ABS and TC switches are located in the central position on the steering wheel, in direct view of the driver.

The car is priced at €198 excluding tax, with the 000 kit priced at €2020.
