FFSA GT-C1: SpeedCar and the Wallgren-Castelli duo winners at Nogaro

The Ginetta brand shone on Gers soil this Sunday for the first round of the FFSAGT 2017 on the Nogaro route. With the duo Rodolphe Wallgren and Gaël Castelli, le Team SpeedCar conclut la journée avec une victoire décrochée de main de maître face aux Porsche Cayman, présentes en nombre parmi la liste des engagés.

If the Porsche Cayman Clubsport GT4 Energy by ART of the Ferté – Demoustier duo, starting from pole, held the reins of the race for a long time before Gaël Castelli took advantage of a very agile Ginetta G55 on the Nogaro track and came to pass less than 20′ from the finish Grégoire Demoustier.

Castelli finally crossed the finish line with more than 15″ ahead of the Porsche Cayman – CD Sport of Mike Parisy – Gilles Vannelet, Parisy having taken the best in the last ten minutes over Demoustier. The latter, however, secures the third step of the podium for Energy by ART.

The top 5 is completed by the Porsches of the Vic'Team of Trémoulet-Jouffret and TFT Racing of Iannetta – Clément. In Am, Ginetta also won with the G55 n°666 of Team CMR de Cabannes – Michal. The second race of the Easter weekend will take place tomorrow at 14 p.m.
