FFSA GT – Speed Car continues with four Ginettas

Rewarded with the crown of French Team Champion in FFSAGT last year, the stable speed car has confirmed its commitment for 2018 with no less than four Ginetta G55 GT4s.

En 2017, le petit constructeur britannique a taillé des croupières aux Porsche Cayman et autres BMW M4, si bien que l’équipe dirigée par Pascal Destembert a cet hiver reçu une bonne nouvelle. “We are now supported by the Ginetta factory, which will strengthen the professionalism of our team, announces the boss of the structure based in Alès (Gard). This has already changed a lot within Speed Car, which is now supported by a manufacturer. We were able to test many developments throughout the winter, I am really very satisfied with our preparation and I can't wait for the season to start. Many underestimated the Ginetta last year, wrongly. These same people risk exposing themselves to new surprises this year! »

Of the four GT4s announced, two already have their assigned crew. Very efficient for their debut in the discipline (vice-champions 8 points behind the winners), Robert Consani et Benjamin Lariche are back with Team Speed Car. “I am very happy to keep Robert Consani and Benjamin Lariche on the team. They were real driving forces for us last year, and now that Rob' is classified Silver, they will be just as much this year with the Pro-Am and Silver titles in their goals. »

The second Ginetta will be entrusted to Rodolphe Walgreen, which will have the particularity of riding alone over the six rounds. “I engage Rodolphe Walgreen in the fight for the AM crown. Rodolphe will be alone in his car, but I know he has everything he needs to win this title, he already demonstrated his talent last year alongside Gaël Castelli. »

Places remain to be allocated for the two remaining machines; for interested drivers, simply contact the team at this address.
