Après avoir pris la deuxième place en Course 1 derrière l’Audi R8 LMS de Lamic-Guilvert (Saintéloc Racing), Olivier Panis s’élançait en pole de la Course 2 hier devant la Porsche d’Anthony Beltoise (Pro GT by Almeras) mais ce dernier a dû rentrer aux stands alors que la Mclaren ART Grand Prix MP4-12C retired on the seventh lap following a broken gearbox. Dino Lunardi's Audi spinning into a puddle of oil, Team Sofrev-ASP occupied the first three places before the pit stops with Olivier Panis preceding Ludovic Badey and Morgan Moullin-Traffort.
Taking advantage of the time penalties following the result of Race 1, Laurent Pasquali took control of the race with the Pro-GT by Almeras Porsche which occupied fourth position after a good stint from Franck Perera who returned this weekend. ends the competition after two years of absence. It was then that Gilles Vannelet began a formidable comeback with the Mercedes Sébastien SLS Loeb Racing to finish in second place ahead of the two Sofrev ASP F458s.
