GT – Mike Parisy and Andreas Zuber at Sébastien Loeb Racing

For its second year of existence, the Sébastien Loeb Racing will line up with two McLaren MP4-12C in Fia GT Series. If the wheel of the first car was reserved for the nine-time World Rally Champion Sébastien Loeb, and the Portuguese driver Alvaro Parente, the crew of the second car was until then unknown. The veil has been lifted on this famous crew, and the 28-year-old Frenchman Mike Parisy will be associated with the Austrian one year older, Andreas Zuber.

For Parisy, winner of the French GT3 Championship in 2009 and twice European vice-champion in this category in 2010 and 2011, ambition is essential: “At the technical level, the team has given itself the means to achieve its ambitions: to go as high as possible, as quickly as possible. This is completely in line with my philosophy. In addition, we agree on many points in the sporting approach. The goal set is clear for me: to climb to the top of the podium with the team. I already know Andreas: he is an efficient and reliable driver. We are going to form a cohesive duo and I have no doubt that we will quickly be in the game. I had the opportunity to drive the McLaren at the 24 Hours of Spa and I had a good feeling. A top team, a top car and a top teammate: it all comes together! »

Same opinion from Andreas Zuber, notably from GP2: “Defending the colors of Sébastien Loeb Racing is an honor. This is an excellent team, with a very good car. The McLaren MP4-12C, with which I participated in the 24 Hours of Dubai, is certainly the best GT3 I have had the opportunity to drive. As for Mike, I already know him: he is very fast and we get along well. We have a strong package, which will allow us to fight for the title. We will try to collect as many points as possible for the team. Being also a true fan of rally, I am delighted to join the stable of a nine-time World Champion such as Sébastien. »
