GT Tour – Team Duqueine acquires two Ligier JS P3s

Team Duqueine has announced that it will compete the French Prototype Championship set up in 2016 with two Ligier JS P3s, just after the confirmation of the arrival of the LMP3s in the GT Tour paddocks. “The GT remains relevant, but the number of cars will depend on opportunities”, specified Yann Belhomme, the director of the team formed last year, on the official website of the GT Tour.

“We find the LM P3s very beautiful and we think that the project of integrating them into the GT Tour is interesting. This is positive because it is a solution to improve the plateau from above. We add quantity and quality. Previous solutions, we often talked about cheaper cars, but less efficient and less aesthetic. There, the prices announced are interesting, while having a higher technological aspect and a philosophy in line with the 24 Hours of Le Mans », added Yann Belhomme.

The director of Team Duqueine has already confirmed that Gille Duqueine will drive one of the two prototypes.
