GPX Racing in high gear in 2020

GPX Racing was the great story of 2019 in Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup, with a real triumph during the 24 Hours of Spa for the team based in Dubai and led by Pierre-Brice Ména.

La Porsche 911 GT3 R n°20 in Gulf colors, entrusted to the trio Kévin Estre – Michael Christensen – Richard Lietz, won in fine style in the Ardennes, offering a first success to Weissach in GT3 on the Belgian double clock.

If the rest of the season, GPX Racing played in the Silver Cup, the team will take a new step in its progression this year, by entering two crews in Pro with strong official Porsche accents.

On the one hand, on the 911 GT3 R n°12, Patrick Pilet will be associated with Mathieu Jaminet and Matt Campbell, i.e. the same Porsche Motorsport trio as in the Intercontinental GT Challenge, while Romain Dumas, Thomas Preining and Dennis Olsen, not renewed as official driver this year, but defending champion in the Intercontinental GT Challenge, will race in the No. 40.

In addition to this major program, with the 24 Hours of Spa on the menu, GPX Racing will also be present in IGTC over the last four rounds with a Porsche 911 GT3 R lined up in Pro for a crew still to be determined.

The team shone during the 2019 final in Kyalami, with a 3rd place for Estre – Christensen – Lietz.
